I price my property management fees to be straightforward. 8.5% monthly management, 50% leasing fee, no hidden costs. No sign-on charges, maintenance markups, or fees that keep running even when your unit is vacant. If your unit is vacant or the property isn’t generating income, I don’t charge a management fee.

RTB Dispute Resolution

Experienced Agent Licensed professional with experience in RTB arbitrations, coordinating court enforced orders, bailiffs, providing agency representation & collecting tenant arrears. Rental Property Managers do not provide legal advice.

RTB Dispute Filings & Delivery We initiate RTB proceedings, deliver forms, prepare evidence and attend hearings. Landlord covers RTB application & associated fees

Monetary Orders We handle any monetary orders & demand letters if enforcement is needed.

Orders of Possession We coordinate this process, applying for the writ and hiring authorized court baliffs if needed. Landlord covers any associated costs.

Coordinate Court Appointed Baliffs We coordinate with baliffs and all required third parties involved. Landlord covers cost associated.

$500 Eviction Assurance Details We stand behind our screening. If a tenant we lease requires eviction, we provide a $500 top-up toward your bailiff costs.
